Welcome to our first floor information desk. Please provide us with your completed dental chart.

　
2. Central pre-examination room

The central pre-examination room is located on the first floor of the hospital. You will be asked to provide a brief account of your present dental situations.
(＊If you can provide a letter of introduction signed by your family dentist, or have an existing appointment with a member of staff at the Orthodontic Clinic (please give the name of the dentist at the Reception Desk), you may go directly to our department's new-patient room as soon as your dental chart is prepared on the first floor.)

　
3. Our New Patient Room
矯正科初診室

The Orthodontic Clinic is situated on the second floor of the hospital. Please proceed directly to the new-patient room on the second floor to receive consultation. Please feel free to ask the counseling dentist any questions about jaw growth (development), teeth alignment, and so on. (The new-patient room has wheelchair access).
